Frank began his career in the lift truck industry in the 1970's.  Along with his father, he opened Dixie Lift Truck, providing forklift sales, service and parts in Greenville, SC and surrounding areas.  In 1998, Frank added forklift operator safety training as part of Dixie Lift Truck's services.  Realizing the need for comprehensive training for lift truck drivers, he co-founded  a separate company, Carolina Forklift Safety, with his wife Patti.

Continuing the family tradition, Ryan works alongside his father in the lift truck industry after having spent years gaining hands-on and practical experience.  In his role as a trainer, Ryan focuses primarily on working one-on-one with each driver to assess his or her skill level by administering driving tests.  He also trains new or inexperienced drivers in the basic operation of a lift truck.
